The ANZCCK is managed by the Board of Directors which is comprised of nine elected Directors joined by the Director of the Australian Trade Commission, Seoul the Director of New Zealand Trade Enterprise, Seoul and an Ex Officio representing the Australian Embassy. Members of the Board of Directors are ANZCCK members elected by a simple majority from amongst the full membership. The Chamber Secretariat is managed by a full-time Executive Director.
